JC Event Hire delivers and provides setup for all orders so you don’t have to worry about picking up or setting up your hired equipment. Pickups may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Below is an overview of our delivery area. The fee is subject to location specific limitations and distances.

Our delivery service includes 3 really important things.

First, we deliver your equipment at a time and location that suits you best!

Then, we set everything up, in the perfect location.

Finally, we will come back after your event, or the following day, to pack everything up, so you are left with no hassle around the days of your event!

The cost of this service is determined by the distance between your venue and our closest location. We have locations in Yarra Glen, and Wonga Park, and price guide is below:
0-15km = $40
15-30km = $80
30-50km = $140

Prices per zone can be found in the cart menu once an item has been added to cart.

On the right is the radius map for your reference. Delivery is charged per day/trip.

Once your booking has been placed we will be in contact to arrange specifcs.

Extra charges may apply at JC Event Hire’s discretion based on the location and level of access to the venue.
